  • You don’t need props. You could use a towel, pillows, blankets you have at home & books. However, if you want props - I have a fantastic Australian recommendation for you including a discount code to get yourself set up with all my favourite props.

  • It’s not about having the perfect space. My teacher used to say, '“if you can’t meditate in the middle of the supermarket, you’re not doing it right”. It’s not about perfection. It’s about developing a routine self care practice that will nourish your mind, body & soul for years to come. Make it happen.

  • Absolutely up to you. I have Yoga students who practice every single day. I, myself practice every morning. Sometimes you may only have 20 minutes, other times you may have 2 hours. I have included classes for all levels & situations. Yoga will gift you so much, you only need to find some space.

  • A new journey is always exciting! Yes there are easier classes & different class styles so you can find something that suits you best. Don’t be afraid to go slightly out of your comfort zone.
